You are a Design-Builder, a SCADA integrator, or an OT cyber lead chasing a state, local, municipal utility, or commercial plant job. The owner scores Best Value (or something like it). You already know the plant. What you lack is a clean folder that walks a non-OT evaluator through one-way OT to IT custody, a Decision Gate, and why your architecture is the low-risk win.
Municipal and state RFQs count, including water and wastewater Design-Build. Federal work does not. We will not support DoD, DHS, civilian agency, FedRAMP, GSA Schedule, FAR-based, or SAM packaging jobs.

What you do not get
We do not send field staff, walk the site, or commission anything. We do not sign P&IDs or control narratives as engineering of record. We do not invent or sell data-diode hardware. We do not give legal advice or redline contracts. We do not submit as Design-Builder or SCADA integrator of record. We do not put agency letterhead on the page. We do not work federal contracts.

This is a document production fee for plant-security architecture narrative on the named pursuit. It is not staffing, not a retainer, and not a cut of construction. That is how the Stripe invoice will read.
Turnaround
Scout, Standard, and Flagship: five business days from usable intake (Central Time). Flagship’s quals chapter usually lands in the same drop; if intake is heavy it may take one more business day. Rush: seventy-two hours from usable intake, after we confirm the slot. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays do not count on the five-day clock.
How to buy (invoice)
- Email jeffgray@cyborama.com with the tier you want and a short pursuit name.
- Cyborama sends a Stripe invoice (PDF by email). You pay that invoice.
- After it shows paid, email intake: RFQ excerpt or plant sketch, evaluation weights if published, deadline, pursuit title wording, and any phrases to use or avoid.
- Clock starts when intake is usable. We send the zip to the address you name.
No portal. No subscription. One payment, one folder. Payment Links are not the path for this SKU.
What we need from you after payment
- An RFQ excerpt, RFP section, or a rough plant or network sketch (PDF, PNG, or a short email is fine)
- Evaluation or score weights, if the owner published them
- The call or submittal deadline, and which tier you bought
- How you want the pursuit named on the title page
- Any phrases your BD lead must use or must avoid
